Returned After Less Than 1 Month- Bad Hard Drive?, Bad Hard Drive / warranty issues / updating of customer service:
I spent a lot of time review of 13-14 "notebook before this purchase. I have Asus partly because the division was lower in the first 3 years for all major brands. However, during the first few times you use this notebook I noticed that when I closed the back cover of the notebook right-clicking noise non-stop. Sometimes you can open the lid of a laptop works fine, but sometimes does not respond, continue clicking noise until its closure on behalf own. I really do not want to waste time trying to solve this problem to return, or call customer service, but it still happens, so I decided to contact Asus. I will try in all the manuals shipped with the laptop, eManual and on-line, but I could not find their phone number (except Mon-Fri toll free). Finally, the problem entry in their site e-mail support, I found the number on the bottom
